Description: Since there are no free open source ASP solutions for live shipping rates with UPS, FedEx and USPS I decided that I'm going to write a free open source solution that anyone can use. This code is all 100% ASP and requires no non-Microsoft plugins or COM+ dlls. You can currently render the XML response as either a select box, an array of radio buttons, or just plain old text if you'd just like to display it and not use it in a form. Integration is simple, just add an "include" statement to the top of an existing page, and then get the rates with a few simple lines of code. Integration can take place in as little as 2 lines of ASP code.

Unfortunately there is no such standard documentation utility for ASP, and having not found a suitable commercial offering, I decided to write my own documentation utility for ASP. Since I often work on projects inherited from other developers, such a utility would be able to give a useful overview of the project without having to manually look through the ASP code. The utility would also (hopefully!) create much of the low level documentation required when handing over work to clients, saving valuable development time

If you have ever developed applications using languages such as Java or Perl then you will no doubt be aware that they have standard facilities for generating code documentation. Microsoft have also added a similar facility to C# (but curiously have omitted an equivalent system from VB.NET). Unfortunately there is no code documentation standard for ASP, so as a result, documentation for an ASP application tends to be thrown together at the last minute, and due to time and/or budgetary constraints may not be created at all, leading to problems in the longer term.
