There are four cursor attributes used in Oracle:

cursor_name%ROWCOUNT,
cursor_name%ISOPEN

 
 Explain implicit cursor attributes

 Same as explicit cursor but prefixed by the word SQL: SQL%Found, SQL%NOTFOUND, SQL%ROWCOUNT, SQL%ISOPEN
